Just dropping in today to share a completed project! Holla!
I made these for Gracelyn (head chair-baby of BASA) in the vain hope she would keep them on her feet. No such luck. You'll just have to believe me when I tell you they look adorable for the 30 seconds they stay on. Despite repeated attempts, I can't seem to get a non-blurry action shot.
I used this free pattern, but added two extra rows of single crochet between rows three and four of the boot cuff to make them taller. I was also going to move the buttonhole, but I ended up liking the placement of the buttons (found at Wal-mart) towards the bottom.
Anyway, that's all I've got for you today. Maybe when G starts walking she'll be more into the sock/shoe thing.
